Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion with successful class completion. This certificate of completion can be printed from the My Classroom tab under Completed 课程.

You can see if there are any for your particular course by accessing your course and going to the Requirements tab.

The 搜索 bar will suggest courses for you based on a search term, a course title, or a topic. If you’re not looking for a specific title, enter a keyword (such as 摄影 or 编程) that will bring up a range of titles for simplified browsing. Browse Catalog will display our entire catalog by department and course titles to allow you a broad view of our offerings.

How do I find out what the course is about?

Each course in our catalog contains details including a long description, 教学大纲, 教员传记, and a list of technical requirements. 要查看此信息, locate the course of interest through the 搜索 bar or Browse Catalog tool. Select the title you would like to view, and you will see tabbed pages containing all of the specifics on the course.

How do I enroll on the Ed2Go website?

If you go to the help tab at the top on www.ed2go.com/rccc2go, there is an Enrollment and Account Creation tab. Select that, and it will give you step-by-step instructions.

How do I access my course on the start date?

Using the My Classroom link at the top left of any page of the site, you can sign in to view the courses you are currently enrolled in and gain access to all online classrooms from that page. Once you’re signed in to My Classroom, you can access your active course until your course end date. Once access ends, the titles will move to the left side under Previous 课程. If the title you’re trying to access is listed under Previous 课程, you can no longer access the classroom but can view your final reports and obtain your Certificate of Completion.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information by going to the help tab at the top of www.ed2go.com/rccc2go. Then on the left hand side under Technical issues, you go to Account Update. Fill out that information and submit it to Ed2Go.

How do I know if my computer is compatible?

I can’t access my classroom, what do I do?

If you’re unable to log in at the My Classroom page or using the Sign In at the top of this page, please verify that you’re using the same e-mail address you used when enrolling and then you can retrieve your password by going to the Help tab at www.ed2go.com/rccc2go. Go under Technical Issues, Course Access. There you can retrieve your password.

Once you’re logged in to My Classroom, you can access your active courses until your course end date. Once access ends, the titles will move to the left side under Previous 课程. If the title you’re trying to access is listed under Previous 课程, 你不能再访问它了, but you can view your final report and access your Certificate of Completion.
